Baby Alpaca blends perfectly with Silk and Linen, producing a halo effect which adds to the character of this beautiful yarn.  It is lightweight and luxurious, with an elegant drape and sheen, combined with the rustic tactile appeal of linen. After being dyed, our yarn is thoroughly rinsed, cured, washed, and rinsed again.  However, you may notice some color loss with the first wash, especially with dark reds and blues.  If you are concerned about bleeding, wash separately from other colors and, as always, in cool water with a ph neutral detergent. Lay flat to dry and avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight.
